Hi, I’m Joshua Barnett — founder of ThinkProfit.

I was born and raised in West Texas, where hard work, faith, and family shaped everything I do. I’m blessed with an amazing family, and my faith in Jesus continues to guide everything I do — in life and in business.
Professionally, I’ve spent years acquiring, scaling, and leading digital service businesses from the inside. I’ve served as Director of Finance across multiple agency acquisitions, and have underwritten and consulted on hundreds of businesses across marketing, SaaS, and service industries.

I started ThinkProfit because I saw too many founders with big visions and real revenue — but no clear financial direction. From messy books to missed opportunities, the numbers just weren’t working. So I built a firm that could change that.
